We are pleased to announce that a new scientific paper has been published within the framework of our NATO SPS project:
“VPS: A Verkle-Based Polynomial Signature Scheme with Post-Quantum Security”
Authors: Maria Nutu, Razvan Bocu, and Maksim Iavich
As quantum computing continues to advance, traditional cryptographic algorithms such as RSA and ECC face significant security challenges. This research introduces a novel Verkle-Polynomial Signature (VPS) scheme that combines lattice-based polynomial commitments, Verkle trees, and lattice-based one-time signatures to achieve strong post-quantum security guarantees.
The proposed framework contributes to the ongoing transition toward Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), offering a promising approach for developing cryptographic systems resilient against both classical and quantum attacks.
This publication represents another important milestone of our NATO SPS project and highlights our commitment to advancing research in next-generation cryptographic technologies and cybersecurity.
Congratulations to all authors and project partners on this achievement!
