New Publication within NATO SPS Project

We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest article, presenting a comprehensive survey of commitment schemes, from classical constructions to post-quantum secure alternatives. The work analyzes vector, polynomial, and functional commitments, highlights the transition toward quantum-resistant designs, and outlines key challenges and future directions in cryptographic research.

This study was conducted within the framework of the NATO Science for Peace and Security (SPS) Programme. Paper was authored by:

Dr. Maria Nutu – Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Transilvania University of Brasov

Giorgi Akhalaia – Associate professor of computer sciences, Ilia State University; Cyber Security Mainc Specialist at Cyber Security Center, Caucasus University.

Razvan Bocu – Associate Professor, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Transilvania University of Brasov, NATO country Project Director.

Prof. Maksim Iavich – Director of Caucasus Cyber Security Center, Caucasus University. Partner country Project Director; CEO and President of SCSA; Corresponding member National Academy of Sciences of Georgia
